This comprehensive remodel involved taking the home down to the studs, relocating plumbing, modifying walls, and completely refreshing the space with modern finishes and thoughtful design elements.

Woodton Court - As General Contractor, managed the entire home construction process from initial lot purchase and foundation pour through to final energy efficiency inspections and client walk-through. Oversaw all subcontractors, materials selection, and quality control.

Charter Lake Lane - Directed the creation of a custom floorplan in partnership with Partners in Building. Personally selected all finishes, materials, lighting fixtures, plumbing elements, trim details, and design accents.

Hutton Park Drive - Collaborated with builders to create a custom home with distinctive architectural elements and personalized interior specifications tailored to the client's lifestyle.
