ALIANA

2016

Aliana is a mater-planned community in Richmond, Texas. Their annual marketing budget in 2016 was $275,000. As an Account Manager at Freed Advertising, I worked with the client to plan and execute both awareness campaigns and promotional campaigns to drive traffic to the model home village. The agency media department placed the media buy. My responsibility was to ensure every job or project in the campaign was created, designed by the artist, revised, approved by the client, and submitted to each media outlet before the deadline.

The Winter 2016 promotion was "Enter to Win a Family Vacation to New York!" Advertising consisted of: public relations, broadcast radio, outdoor, Realtor event, onsite signs, direct mail, print, email, website, and re-marketing online. The examples below include various ads for the winter promotion. Traffic increased for this period to 20,000, which is a s12% increase year over year.
